Access and usage
Every plan includes one weekly usage allowance shared by chat, search, research, media, API, MCP, CLI, SDK, and scheduled re-search. The Billing screen shows the whole-number percentage remaining and the exact reset date.
Models and features are labeled Low, Medium, or High usage. Lighter models stretch the allowance further, while deeper research and media features use more. Purchased extra credits never expire and are used only after included usage is empty.
Manage billing
- Open Profile, then Billing to view your plan, usage percentage, reset date, and extra-credit balance.
- Manage payment methods and choose the default card when card billing is available.
- Download receipts from payment history.
- Cancel or resume a subscription from the subscription controls.
- Configure auto top-up only when you want extra credits added automatically.
Avoid usage surprises
Check General usage before running repeated fresh profiles, photo analyses, or scheduled re-searches. Pausing a re-search stops future scheduled runs; removing it also clears that monitor from your list. Extra credits do not unlock features outside your plan.
Store billing differs
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed in the store where they were purchased. Web billing controls cannot cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription.
